It’s time to head back to Oahu. I decided to take pictures of the Super Ferry while waiting for our turn to drive our car onto the ship.

Off to Maui
My mom, sister, and I headed out to Maui this morning on the new super ferry (well, new for me, the last time I went to a neighbor island (circa 2003) the only option was to fly) to see my grandma and grandpa. It was a little rocky and my travel companions slept most of the way but I made use of my time eating as much food as I could (yay for the free manapuas!).
Mmm…. My breakfast bento on the super ferry: scrambled eggs, fried rice, portuguese sausages, and spam.

We took Grandma to lunch at the Maui Tropical Plantation’s Waikapu Grill.

Ooh… the NCL ship for the Hawaiian Islands was docked on Maui today.
We were so excited to get guri guri (sherbet) on Maui… but they were closed.
No guri guri for us today 😦
