OMG, Kili just kicked my butt!  Today I came to the brilliant conclusion that since I absolutely hate the gym and never go (not a good thing since I pay a good portion of my salary to it each month), I should start working out again before attempting to make my way back to the gym.  This way when I eventually start going to the gym I can think, this is nothing different… I’m already working out.  So I decided Kila could help – my under $5 buy from www.amazon.com that has come with me on my 2.5 week vacation this summer and to Dallas TWICE for work and yet has never made it out of the shrink wrap.  It says hula cardio for beginners.  Now I know I am no amazing hula dancer but up until 5 years ago (hello – entrance into work force) I did some type of hula dancing since elementary school.  So I scoffed at how difficult BEGINNER hula cardio could be.  I think they only meant beginner in that I could tune out the instructions of how to do the basic hula steps… in terms of the cardio part… well, I am currently sitting in the coldest room of my house rubbing pain-a-trate on my knees (kinda like bengay but from this store my mom told me about called Melaleuca where I get all my vitamins from) and trying to stop myself from gasping for air.
