Snails and sea urchin and oxtails, oh my

To celebrate one of my co-worker’s promotions we decided to sample a new bar in town that had just opened up, called The Tchin Tchin Bar. I normally wouldn’t blog about food I ate during a happy hour but holy crap, this food was different to say the least (I loved it but others weren’t super thrilled with my friend’s ordering skills).

There was pork belly…


Oxtail rillettes…


Stinky Cheese Grilled Cheese….


Mushrooms and escargot…


And a lot of other things I was too lazy (or drunk) to take pictures of.

The next morning I saw that someone posted an uni panna cotta from Tchin Tchin. I definitely regretted not taking a look at the menu at that point.
