May started off with Bingo night. We did horrible at bingo and really good at wine. Emma ate the club out of all the Strawberries they had.

Then there was mother’s day at school. Which was amazing. The teachers worked hard cooking for us and coming up with a game for us. I had such a wonderful time with all the other mom’s, despite feeling super awkward over having only one week prior said I’d be pulling Emma over their negligence and broken toe (well, not her main teachers… I like them!)

And Emma misbehaved pretty much the entire time…. great…

Our game which was match the sillouette’s to the kid. I did pretty awesome but couldn’t guess my own kid (N, if you were wondering), so there’s that.

I also signed us up for a princess day at Dave and Buster’s. I figured it would just be me and Emma and maybe I could talk a cousin or mother into it, but Ryan surprised me by saying he would come. So I went hunting for a disney costume that would fit her AND included large quantities of her favorite color, purple.
Voila, Sophia the First.

We made it through the Breakfast fine but right before the real live disney princesses (there was Aurora, Snow White, Elsa and Anna) came out to sing and tell stories, Emma had had enough and wanted to play the games and D&B instead, which, while it wasn’t what envisioned of my morning, was pretty awesome as we had the ENTIRE place to ourselves (EVERY other kid would rather be with the princesses.)

And lastly, I leave you with a picture of Sushi because remember when this was a Food and Kitteh blog and not a 24/7 Emma blog. Poor cats!
