Since September is the slowest work month for me out of the entire year I decided to work from home for the latter half of the day so I could eat a healthy lunch and then work out in the early afternoon to break up the work day. It’s almost 2:30 PM and so far I have:
1) Followed up my healthy lunch with a bag of cookies.
2) Changed into work out clothes…. and then went back to sitting on my couch.
